Circleway Homes began with a simple vision: to create places where people could arrive, breathe, and feel instantly at home. Founded in 2024 in Nottingham, the company grew from the experience of directors who have been dedicated property landlords since 2004 and who have spent many years building award winning businesses rooted in service, compassion, and integrity. Their Christian values guide every decision, and their passion for impacting lives shapes the heart of the company.
What started with two homes is now a growing community, with plans to expand to five homes within the next year. Each space is designed with comfort in mind, from warm interiors to thoughtful layouts. Every home offers at least two toilets and bathrooms, dining, convenient parking, and close access to local shops and bus routes. Above all, the goal is to create serviced accommodation that feels like an extension of each guest’s own home. Circleway Homes is committed to accessibility, welcome, and a sense of belonging, creating places where guests can settle in, feel cared for, and enjoy Nottingham with ease.
